ANNOUNCEMENT: Managment Company
*Announcement: We hired a management company, Goodwin & Co., that will be taking over management of the Granberg HOA starting 11/1/23 to help the Board with managing fines, running meetings and our annual voting.
You should receive information in the mail the week of 11/7/23.
No fees will be increased as the company charges $650 per month for monthly reviews, the use of the app to pay our dues, running quarterly meetings, organizing our ACC, etc.
The management company’s role is to work alongside our Board to help make sure all our CC&Rs are followed and that our neighborhood remains the beautiful community it was created to be.
REMINDER
Please keep your lawn clean and maintained to avoid fines or the ACC hiring someone to clean your lot, and then you will be responsible to pay for the maintenance. Thank you!
HOA Dues
HOA dues are $200 and due by January 1st of each New Year to avoid a $20 late fee.
